Free tier
Snappy's free tier is provided at no cost. No payment is required to use your free listings.
Paid plans
Snappy offers monthly paid plans (Starter and Pro). The following refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions:
- 14-day cooling-off period — You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Used quota — If you have generated listings using your paid allowance during the 14-day period, a pro-rata refund may be considered at our discretion based on unused quota.
- Cancellations after 14 days — You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued after the cooling-off period.
- Technical issues — If a fault on our side prevented you from using the service, contact us and we will assess a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
