Snappy respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent UK copyright law.
How Snappy works
Snappy users upload their own photos of items they personally own. The AI analyses photos to generate listing descriptions. We do not store or publish photos — they are processed and discarded immediately after generating the listing.
Copyright takedown requests
If you believe that content on Snappy infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to snappylisting@gmail.com including:
- Your name and contact details
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-notices
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address.
Response time
We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 5 business days.
