Snappy is a tool for generating legitimate secondhand marketplace listings. By using Snappy, you agree not to:

Prohibited uses

• Generate listings for counterfeit, fake, or stolen goods
• Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive listings
• List prohibited items (weapons, drugs, illegal goods)
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls
• Use the service to scrape, harvest, or collect user data
• Automate requests in a way that degrades service for other users
• Use the AI output to generate spam, phishing content, or misinformation
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated listings commercially without permission
• Use the service if you are under 13 years of age

Fair use

Snappy provides free listings up to your account allowance. Attempting to circumvent limits by creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice. Suspected fraud may be reported to relevant authorities.
